"I won't call any other heating or AC experts ever again. Twice now, I've had incomparable experiences. I had another highly reputed company come diagnose my failed furnace and provide an estimate, but AirPros' price for the same part and repair was much more reasonable and furnace repairs are not cheap, so the difference mattered significantly. AirPros also treated me like family. Go with this family business, you will be happy."

"Air Pros were quick to follow up on my inquiry for work and were also able to get me scheduled for service quickly as well. Very friendly and great customer service!"

"Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. Would definitely recommend them for similar job, including for custom requirements as was our case with the roof. Thanks!"

"SeaTown installed a standby generator. They provided us with a wide range of options, and were very good about advising us of the ramifications and external costs associated with each. They coordinated permits, locates and utility requirements, making the process easy for us. The installers were courteous, respectful of our property, and did a fine job. We are now using them to install AC."

"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"Very pleased with the AC installation. The day they installed it, it poured rain all day, but the crew worked through it and got everything done. They were careful around the house and, even with the weather and the installation work, left everything clean with no mess. Good, professional service. I would definitely recommend them."

"Professional, helpful, gave me good maintenance advice to keep hot water in good working condition. Didn't realize we are supposed to release pressure valve on a regular basis: did you?"

"Working with Smart Electric, Heating & Air was VERY easy. Joe was very easy to work with in creating the bid with just a few pictures, scheduling the work, and keeping me up to date throughout the process. Jason, the lead installer for my specific job was wonderful around communication on how things work, and how they would operate in the space. Jason and his team did a great job with the install, even through some hiccups. I absolutely plan to continue to do business with Joe and his team. Thank you for a job well done!"

"The service that Lifetime Heating and Air Conditioning provided was excellent! Our heat pump electrical panel was burning & after we shut off all the electricity to the unit we gave Lifetime a call. They came out the next day and replaced the components. We’ve been using the heater for a couple months now and it runs perfectly."
