"The work consisted of replacement of gas furnace as well as air conditioning unit from early 1990's. SOS's price quote was competitive with two other quotes. I elected SOS specifically due their responsiveness, cooperation, proximity, and rating on Angi's List: 1) owner (Rob S.) came out immediately on a Saturday a couple hours after my call to review job and provided the price quotation within a couple of days, 2) quoted work with different AC manufacturers based on my preferences - did not try to push other units, 3) scheduled work per my calendar request. The crew. lead by Michael W., was very hard working, professional, and dedicated. I was also very impressed that crew performed a separate pre-inspection a week before the installation to familiarize themselves with the scope and work out a few details. Job was completed according to the schedule and quoted price!!! In summary, I'm very happy with the quality of work as well as my decision to select SOS. I highly recommend selecting SOS."
