"Very good. They take care of your appliances. They only charge my $75.00 per call, including the parts. They use refurbished parts most of the time. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."

Emergency services offered

"I first met Brad Scott of Allied Refrigeration & Appliance Repair in early 2007. He was referred to me by an appliance dealer as a good and honest repair person.
We own several rental properties in addition to our home, and Mr. Scott has provided excellent service on every occasion.
Since first meeting him, I've used Allied Refrigeration & Appliance Repair on several occasions for the following:Washer repair, dryer repair, refrigerator repair, dishwasher repair. In each instance, Mr. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and very professional in his approach.  He does not  "shoot from the hip" as some in this field do.  If the problem is not immediately recognizable, he employs sophisticated testing equipment to properly diagnose the problem before making a repair.
There have even been a couple of instances where a repair was not necessary, and Mr. Scott let me know that, instead of making an unnecessary repair to inflate a repair bill.  EXAMPLE: My home refrigerator stopped working, and it appeared that a new compressor motor might be needed.  As it turned out, a mouse had gotten caught behind the refrigerator and caused the motor to stop working.Mr. Scott told me what he'd found, and saved me a potentially expensive repair bill. This man is HONEST, and looks out for his customers!  We've also used Allied Refrigeration & Appliance to purchase/install used appliances in our rental properties."
