"It took a little while to get them out here but once they came out, they did a good job. The person that I used to have retired and so when I called them, they gave me ACE Appliance Repair and so I called him and it took a while to get my call returned and they didn’t show up the first time that they said they did. They rang the bell but they didn’t call and I didn’t hear them then they made another appointment and they didn’t come that time and they came at the wrong time and then finally they came and they fixed everything and it was fine but it took 3 tries. They actually gave me a discount because he had been late. He gave me 25% off so he did make up for it. They were very friendly. Once I got them, they were good.
