"One evening I found my refrigerator not cooling properly. I called A& R Appliance repair and got a prompt response. The owner Russell came out the next day, knew exactly what the problem was, went to get the part and my refrigerator was fixed within 1 1/2 hours. He was very careful while working in my kitchen. He treated my property like it was his own. He did not let water leak under my cabinets & was careful not to scratch my tile. I would hire him again for any appliance repair and have recommended him to friends & family."

"I called Jefferson Appliance after waiting for 4 - 1/2 hours for the Sears repair man to come and evaluate the broken washer. When Sears did not show up I called Jefferson Appliance and was told that they would come on Friday after I was leaving the city. When I told them I would be out of town they said that they would come out late this afternoon. Before they arrived, they called me to tell me they were on their way. I met them at the apartment at 5:30pm. They immediately repaired the stove unit, that he carried in his truck. He took apart the washer and said that it probably could be repaired but the problem was very extensive. The washer barrel had fallen off the shocks and broken and dislodged the springs. He told me he would give me a price to repair it."

"I see this company has not had a review in a while. my guess is that is because they go beyond if necessary to get the job done and done right. In my case the repairman called me back in a short time and came over in a few hours with the parts to repair my appliances. The disposal was repaired in a short time. However, the new motor for the dishwasher was broken. He reassured me he would order a new motor ASAP. He did and when he received it there were missing parts. At that point thru no fault of ABBA, I decided my 4 yr old top of the line Kenmore dishwasher was as mistake. Bought a Kitchenaid not so top of the line and installed it myself. So far so good. "Mr Fournett scheduled for Saturday at noon and arrived early (thank-you!) to look at my 15 yr old dish washer. He tested several buttons, took apart the electronics, checked connections and said it was likely the motor. He recommended a new dishwasher rather than cost of a new expensive motor since it was an old model and not modular, and labor. He was professional, prompt, fast, honest and his hourly rate is very reasonable for repairs. I will definitely recommend and use him in the future. He said he works on dishwashers, stoves/ovens, refrigerators, washer/dryer, hot water heaters, microwaves, any large appliance.
