"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."

"This company has good old fashioned values of business. They treat you like family. There are very knowledgeable and advise you of your options that are in your best interest. I am sure glad they helped me fix my dryer as it saved me from buying a new one that costs about $700. Plus I found out from them if you have an older machine the sensors they used in it you want to keep. The new dryers have sensors in them that break in about 4 years and cost a fortune to fix.
