"I really appreciated technician Arthur, who came to my home twice and was either on time or when he was delayed, called to let me know and then arrived shortly. He educated me about my washer and showed me that it needed a new pump. He was courteous, efficient and he left everything orderly when he was finished. After diagnosing the problem he put in the order for the part. When he arrived a few days later for the installation he found out it had not been stocked on his truck so there was a delay, not Arthur’s fault. However, Breanna called me and took responsibility for the error and solved the problem—mistakes happen! All in all it was a good experience and I would hire Mr Appliance again, and would request Arthur."

From the first meeting with Moshe who discussed what we could do, how long it would take and the cost, I felt I was in capable, reliable and trustworthy hands. The work started on the day we chose, and was done in exactly one month. The workmen arrived every day on time, were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They cleaned up at the end of the day. There were no delays, and any problems we encountered were taken care of immediately. When I decided to go ahead with Precise, Moshe gave me a 3 page itemized breakdown of the work to be done and the cost. I did not pay a penny more than that.































In addition to advising me and helping me chose appliances, backsplash tile, countertop etc, I had a point person in the office who called me every day to let me know what was being done, who would be working that day, and to make sure I was happy with everything. She was absolutely lovely to deal with and I always felt I had someone to speak to at any time about any concerns I had.
