"Bob showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the machine, The problem was a small stick caught in the discharge pump. He understood how the machine worked (spin sensor would not let spin cycle run at speed with water still in the drum) so could quickly get to the root of the problem. I will use again when I have appliance problems."

"Guys were very punctual if not early.  They tried to bump my appointment to earlier, however my work schedule didn't allow me to adjust my time.  They were able to fill another job in nearby Washougul and still make it back to my place during my appt window.  They introduced themselves and got right to work.  It was raining but that didn't dampen their spirits.  Got the job done in under and hour and were really honest about our house not needing a recirculating pump unless we truly wanted it. (saved us a boatload, as I was quoted from a different plumber that it was a must have).
Wife was able to finally use the bath and made a spa night out of it.
I would definitely use Simpson Plumbing, LLC. in the future

"They arrived at the appointed time, they were polite and efficient and did a good job.  Unfortunately they broke a glass sconce in the bathroom the first time which they promised to replace.  As it turned out, the sconce was not longer available, so it took some time to resolve the issue.  The owner tried hard to find a replacement, but ended up having the replace the whole light fixture."
