Roch did an amazing job; I am extremely picky (borderline fanatical), and yet he responded to every question/request without hesitation. So thankful for his attention to detail and taking the extra time to lay out a tricky hidden pattern within the tiles to make sure the repetitions were masked. My kitchen looks fantastic and I couldnâ t be more pleased. Will definitely be calling Jones Loomis when it is time to do further tiling/cabinet work in other parts of my home.

He called me promptly after I submitted a quote request on HomeAdvisor. He was able to schedule a same-day appointment, about four hours after the call. Arrival was on-time, and he notified me ~25 minutes in advance. After spending about an hour with the freezer, he candidly let us know that a repair would cost more than the value of the refrigerator, and he recommended against additional work. While it wasn't the outcome we hoped for, the quick, honest appraisal was what we needed.

Water dispenser wasnâ t working on my dual fridge/freezer unit. Repair was quick and reasonably priced. Experience was professional and hassle free. Would recommend and will be using them for any future appliance issues. In addition to the great service, I asked the technician if he had recommendations for someone who could fix a closet door that came off its track; instead of a recommendation, he asked if he could take a look and he had it fixed in a few minutes. Thanks again!
Patrick was fantastic. My washer was broken and instead of coming out and charging me $500-600 for a temporary fix, he explained that it would be more beneficial to me to find a used one elsewhere that worked better and was cheaper. He was on the phone with me for 10 minutes or so and didn?t charge me anything. I will absolutely be going back to him with any appliance problems in the future, as he was super friendly and helpful.

Ken did a large project for us in Westfield including a complete master bath remodel, installation of floors in 3 rooms, and a ceramic tile full kitchen backsplash. He was always punctual, communicated very well, was personable and a pleasure to work with. He pays attention to detail and does high quality work. He was able to complete every part of the project without subcontracting any part of it. Ken gave us a timely quote and even met with us in person to go over it. He was able to start and finish the entire project quickly and for a great price. He even helped us with an unrelated emergency repair needed a day before Christmas.
