I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. "Technician arrived when promised and quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer. He needed two parts and said he could back in two days because he had to get them back at his home base. But he was unaware that there is a very good appliance parts store nearby. He went there and was back within an hour to finish the job the same day. When he was done, he cleaned the interior with a vacuum and everything is working fine now. I would definitely recommend Brian to friends."
