"Our dryer went out on Saturday. Put in our info at Anji and Mr. Appliance answered very timely. They scheduled our service Monday, followed up via phone call and even showed up 3 hours early (with advance notice which was great). Service tech drove to the other side of okc to get the right (and only) heating element and came right back to finish the job. Good price and fabulous service! We will 100% use them again."

Odd experience of looking at appliances and being unable to comparison shop because they don't bother to post their prices.
The prices they do end up verbally assigning to the items are prices that are much higher than other stores with the same products. I've spent a couple of weeks comparison shopping and this is the case with this store."

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."
