Matt, our service technician, arrived and found the problem quickly. He had the parts on his truck, replaced the broken fan motor, and had our refrigerator up and running in an hour. "My gas log fireplace kept going out.  They came out and cleaned it and it lasted about 2 weeks.  They came back out a couple more times and each time replaced a part and adjusted the fir, finally getting it corrected.  All of this there was no extra charge, which I really appreciated. I don't think the fireplace had ever been cleaned or adjusted or even taken care of.  I bought the house about a year ago.  they were very professional and courteous and yes I will use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
