I explained what I wanted done, and how I wanted it done. He explained how one of my choices was prohibitively costly (for some reason the house supply was plumbed with 3/8" not 1/2" as it is supposed to be.) In the end he found a quarter turn shutoff in 3/8" inch, so he was able to fulfill my reqest anyway. Was charged for 1 hour of work and parts. The work was professional and quick."
