When the repair hit a hiccup with a replacement part not working and then realizing it was a different problem than originally thought, Kevin was persistent and followed through until he got the dryer up and working. The hiccups along the way weren’t anything Kevin could control but he worked hard to fix them. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone needing an appliance looked at."

"My freezer went through a defrost cycle and after that the icemaker was not making ice. I sent a message through Angie's List to KLB Appliance Services and he responded within a couple hours. He set an appointment for Monday and arrived within the time frame that set. He ordered the part and had to schedule a new time to come out on Thursday after the part came in. When he showed up this morning (again on time), the ice machine had made ice and the bucket was full. Kevin refunded the money that I had paid him upfront and only charged me for the service call. I will definitely call him back is it goes on the fritz again and I would recommend him to anyone."
