"They sent out Victor. He is a nice guy. We have dealt with him a couple of times before. He brought the parts with him, and had the seal fixed in under an hour. The price was reasonable, and thanks to the good people at My Appliance Repair Houston the whole experience was very painless. This is a great company, and great service companies are hard to find. "Appliance Cowboys were actually really great. Their prices were competitive and they cleaned up after themselves. They arrived on time and they had appointments that were available immediately supposedly if we have a broken washer. They were able to come out very expeditiously so we didn't have to go to a laundry mat. They have appointments readily available, showed up on time and they didn't have to come back. I described to them what the problem was and they didn't even have to come back. Their pricing was competitive and fair."
