"Bob showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the machine, The problem was a small stick caught in the discharge pump. He understood how the machine worked (spin sensor would not let spin cycle run at speed with water still in the drum) so could quickly get to the root of the problem. I will use again when I have appliance problems."

"The repair person responded promptly to my call, came when he said he would, came with a mask because of Covid, which I appreciated! He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, knew where to to to get the part he needed and all was done the same day. The bill was reasonable. So all in all I will rehire him when I experience a appliance problem!"

"We couldn’t use our house because the water supply had to be off. Nick, the owner and plumber came the next day. He replaced the broken wash machine box, checked the entire home’s water sources and drain systems, ran the washing machine through a cycle, and even fixed a malfunctioning toilet at no extra charge. He is a great communicator. We were out of town and gave him access to the house. He also gave us good advice to consider adding a rider to our homeowners insurance in case of future water damage. Apparently the pipes installed with the home may be at more risk of leaking. He was at the house about 4 Hours. The cost would have been less but he had to drive over half an hour to get there. Other services I called were 1 to 3 WEEKS out from even being able to analyze the problem. I highly recommend Pacific Crest plumbing."

"Very good, would highly recommend. Parts and labor were cheaper than going through a big box store, and they have the expertise to diagnose a problem if something is wrong. The service guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

"Kevin did a great job of fixing the problem with my dryer and was able to come over the next day which I really appreciated. He wasnâ t very clear on his pricing up front, but what he charged for the work seemed reasonable. Seemed like a nice guy."

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
