"I was very impressed with the quick response. I had used this company a few years previously for an issue with my dryer and with my dishwasher. In those instances, the service was just as proficient.
I opted to sign up for a program that includes Mr. Appliance and other service companies. I did not regret this.
When I called this past winter with the problem with my washing machine, the technician arrived on time. It did not take him long to find the problem.
