"To Quality Appliances Service It has been many years since I needed a repair man ,besides my husband, to fix something, so I called Appliance Parts Depot for a recommendation. Without hesitation they gave me your name and number. When I called your office , a very pleasant, caring voice gave me all the information I need to have someone come out the next day. Zac was the guy that come out. He saved my 22 year old oven. He was so pleasant and confident. I'm very pleased that everything was done so efficiently. I've already given your business number to 2 friends. Thank you for being there. Susan R"

"We had them for repairing our appliance. Many many thanks to Roy from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair."

"Technician was knowledgeable & offered appliance maintenance suggestions"

"A guy named Ethan reached out to me about the refrigerator issue and came ready to fix it. It was a common problem so the fix was rather easy, but he noticed another issue with the fan system on it that likely caused the problem in the first place. He left to get the part and came back to install it. Mind you I had already paid in full BEFORE he left! A shady repairman would’ve NEVER come back! Ethan literally went out of his way to get BOTH issues resolved and I’m a happy camper! My refrigerator is literally running like brand new! Thank you Ethan, and THANK YOU TEXAS SON’S APPLIANCE REPAIR!!"

"I did a request through Angie’s list. He called immediately and set an appointment, same day. He arrived promptly on time. He is very polite, very professional. Fixed my ice maker; come to find out one of my kids had just turned it off by pressing the button. he was straight up honest and upfront about it. He did not even try to say anything was wrong or I need something I didn’t need. Thank you so much for the honesty and wonderful customer service. Nancy"

"They did a very professional job and they will be coming back to do more work on another appliance I'm getting as well as doing some trim work."

"Mr. Gallegos and his assistant were professional, friendly and very clean and efficient. Our over-the -range GE microwave was delivered on Friday unfortunately the original delivery team said they had to reimburse us, as they can’t install the microwave over our tiled backsplash. They were afraid to crack the tiles. I immediately reached out to Angi and requested a Pro and quotes. Mr. Gallegos came the next day, on a Saturday morning much less to take care of the over the range microwave installation!! Reasonable cost. Greatly appreciate the quality of the work and professionalism. Highly recommend Gallegos Carpentry!!!"

"It turned out to be a very difficult job, but Jay never quit and made sure I had AC just as the hottest days came. He was very fair, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend."

"Honest, quick, really reasonable, respectful, and friendly. My dryer had been out for a month and although I had replaced several broken parts it still wasn't working. Sterling came in and quickly assessed what was wrong and took care of the problem. He was really underprice for his work, time, and attention. I appreciate that he didn't waste my time and knew his business. With Sterling Appliance Repair you will definitely get Sterling service. I shared his business cards with friends and family, I quickly ran out of cards, I can't recommend him enough. I will definitely use him again."
