"my 10 year old Maytag started leaking water inside the freezer leaving a large puddle of frozen ice in the bottom. I call Jose and he came the very next day. He took a look and diagnosed the problem immediately. He carefully explained it was the heating element which thaws the water in the drain hose was not working thus causing the water to back up into my freezer and then freeze  causing the block of ice  in the bottom. He had the part the very next day and installed it within 30 minutes. my fridge has been running perfectly ever since. I am very please with the service and Jose. He was clean and professional. I would definitely call First Priority again for service on any of my appliances.

"Everything went pretty well.  We had scheduling problems, some on our part, some on the provider's part, but not enough to turn me away from them.  The only real pain was we had to order a part that wasn't identified the first time around, and it took a few weeks, so the overall experience was that it took a long time to get my appliance repaired.  However, we plan to continue to use this company as I feel this is not the common experience.  I'd definitely recommend them.

"The Price was right for the Dryer because they changed the Wheels to the barrel and it was ardurous, complicated, and removal of lots of parts to the Dryer to get to the Rotor Barrel that spins. It is located in the far back of the Dryer. Than all the screws, wires that were detached and needed all to be returned after they fixed the Wheels of the barrel (I don't know the right name) In regards to all the other parts, it was fine. They cleaned the inside of the dust and such, and tested the machine first and after it was completed. I recommend that the OWNER calling for assistance to get the Model number and Brand of the appliance give it to them, and they will get your part for the machine if it can be diagnose by phone. Which I was able to do with Rueben. So the price was right with the DRYER. The Price was right for the DRYER. But he added 45.00 for my Dishwasher, and that should not have been added to the JOB. My dishwasher button was STUCK and it took him less then a minute to finger that out. It should not have be charged for $45.00. That should have been given. I was surprise of that fact. Many people would have gotten angry and not paid them for that. However, I was going to Bonus him $50.00 anyway.. So I gave that $45.00. Was I happy NO!! it was the principle of the fact and issue. Other people came to my house for Refrigerator, and my Appliances in the past, and if it was an issue of no cost..It was NO COST but yes they charged for their work..,I have given them other peoples names for service and I continue to use them. I was happy for my quiet Dryer today, it is working fine. The JOB was done with professionalism, efficient, and remarkable. Thank you for asking."
