"After calling several other appliance repair companies and being told that it would be at least 3 weeks before any of them could come to my house to look at my refrigerator which was having temperature control issues, I called Paul at Irish Appliance. He was at my house an hour later! He was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He looked at the inside of the refrigerator and freezer and then at the back of the fridge. He showed me the condensation buildup on the inside of the freezer and the 1 inch diameter "rust ball" on the back of the freezer behind the ice-maker. He told me this was a known defect by the manufacturer for at least the past 4 years and that the rust-ball would keep getting larger - not worth fixing. I appreciated his honest feedback. I have had 5 service people from Warner's Stellian in to repair the ice maker over the past several years and none of them knew about the defect and none of them were ever able to fix the ice maker. We will definitely be calling Irish Appliance for future appliance repairs!"
