As Stephen G. did in his review, I too sent the appliance info and a video of each detailing both issues. Ron was prompt, very well prepared, knew his stuff. "Joey and his crew went above and beyond . My microwave stopped working they came and changed the fuse . They communicated with me on every step . I had to get a new microwave and they came back and installed it . Because it wasnâ  t the fuse they took the price off of that and only charge me a very reasonable price . They also did a maintenance on my air conditioner . Joey is a very nice young man . I would refer anyone to him and I promise you he will take care of you . You will thank me later !"
