"Eddie came to our home to inspect a dishwasher and a wine cooler as both had stopped functioning. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to fix the dishwasher with a minor adjustment when I was ready to replace the entire unit. He then assessed the problem with the wine cooler and gave me an estimate, ordered the part and said he, or one of his service techs would return the following day to make the repair. Although I offered, he took no payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The next day as promised I received a call from the service tech, who was also courteous and knowledgable, telling me he was on his way and wanted to confirm our address. The repair was made and I was given the bill which included which I gladly paid. The entire experience was very professional, a rare find, and I highly recommend this company and the service they provide.

"La Darian was terrific. He came to inspect the plumbing and discovered that the house needed a water pressure reducing valve due to high pressure. In addition, the water heater was nearing its end of life. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He worked within my time frame on consecutive days. He was on time, worked steady and completed the job in an efficient manner. He was easy to talk with and informed me each step of the way of the process. "Our over-the-stove microwave began starting on its own.  At first, it only happened when we were boiling water on the stove below.  Within days, it began to start with no provocation, sometimes in the middle of the night.  If not stopped, it would keep running and grow very hot.  We were afraid it might come on while away or asleep, and start a fire.  While we unplugged it to prevent further run away conditions, living without a microwave was a problem.  We reached out for help.
Steve came to our home, assessed the problem and took the appliance apart.  He quickly isolated the problem.  It seems the motherboard had gotten moisture inside it.  The moisture had expanded when hot and damaged to board.
Steve ordered a new board and just replaced it.  Problem solved.
Throughout the process, Steve has been great.  He answered our questions, helped us explore alternative resolutions and kept us informed about the status of the parts.

Cleaned out a sink in a 50 year old house.  Checked with office on cost of changing out the faucet (which was reasonable) and had replace the u-pipe or trap because it was in poor condition.

The plumber was willing to do an extra job and the office was very accommodating,
