"Quick response. He was installing my dishwasher while others were offering to give me an estimate in a day or two. He picked up the new appliance. Installed it, and disposed of the old appliance. Excellent documentation of charges. Pleasant clear communication. I’ve coordinated with them for future projects. Highly recommended."

"Jeff really knows appliances. Our oven was not heating properly and virtually unusable. As we had a double oven, we had the time to get several bids (over the phone after describing the problem). Most of the folks we spoke to diagnosed the problem as a much more expensive repair. Jeff did not. He came out and fixed it without upselling us a more expensive fix.
Found him to be no nonsense and very experienced. Will give you the easiest solution and not try an sell you on a more expensive repair or replacement.
Would not hesitate to use him again.

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."

"I hired Palm Construction for a kitchen remodel and rewiring my house. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results. They finished the job on time which was very important. The workers were very polite and professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. Jacob, Ken and Mike did an excellent job coordinating the Projects. Also the designer Maya, was extremely helpful going with me to pick out flooring, countertops, appliances and paint. I would definitely recommend Palm Construction and will certainly use them for any upcoming projects I may have."

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
