Getting from diagnosis on our GE Dishwasher to repair was another story. Three weeks, communication only if I initiated, disordered parts, multiple reschedules and delays left my wife and I wondering if we were getting scammed. In the end, John came through. Our dishwasher works. I am grateful. If it was fixed 4-5 days after the initial diagnosis as initially communicated, instead of three weeks later, I would have a glowing review. Communication was the main issue."
