Customers say: Quick response

"I called their office number from the 2025 El Paso County Colorado Five Star Rated businesses. I told the person on the phone my washing machine issue and received an appointment the same day, four hours later. The service technician was Jeremy Burnett. He texted me a photo of himself in front of his Mr. Appliance vehicle, so I would know it was him. After arriving, within fifteen minutes, he found out exactly what the issue was. To me, that's fast. Jeremy was very professional, told me what the issue was and friendly in his demeanor. I really appreciate that type of service. If i have another issue, I would call Mr. Appliance again and ask for Jeremy."

"The reason I completed the project is the company told me how to reset my brand of refrigerator saving me money and costing them money. Highly ethical and generous people I will hire them for this reason for anything relating to appliances even though I never actually met or used them. Bravo! There are such people in this world!"
