"It's very difficult to find an appliance repair serviceman for the Odenville Area. Mr Harrell was very nice and did an excellent job doing a quick fix until he could get the parts. I felt that I had a little longer wait in getting the permanent fix than I anticipated. I was told several times that he would try to come but when he didn't come, he didn't bother to let me know. I would still call him again because he is very knowledgeable ."

"I was away from home and my daughter handled this; however, she said he was very professional and had a fair service call price. I have to replace my dishwasher.
