"It was absolutely fantastic!! I could not be happier or more satisfied. I called on Friday, and Frankie said he could come the next day (Saturday!) or on Monday. Monday it was. He knew where to look for solutions and worked on both my refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer. He was tenacious and persistent and would not give up until both appliances were completely and totally FIXED. He didn't charge by the hour, but by the project. And I was more than impressed by the cost. Amazing. I will NEVER look elsewhere for any future appliance repairs. I have such peace of mind as someone who does not know the difference between a gadget and widget--they offer excellent, timely service, honest work, incredible pricing, and they won't quit until the job is done and done right! 5 stars for me. I would give them more if I could."
