"It went really well. I used the Omega Force Appliance Repair company. Their repairman Seth was very knowledgeable with dishwasher problems, He had the parts on hand and he was able to make the repair right away. He did have to come back to adjust the float switch on the dishwasher. He didn't charge me for making the adjustment, and when I ran the dishwasher it ran like it did when it was new. I'm very pleased and would use them again. I highly recommend Omega Force Appliance Repair!!!"

They were able to disconnect our gas appliances at two separate homes and then come back the following day to reconnect them after a move and they were nice enough to charge it as one continuous service call rather than two like most other plumbers I called charge.  They were friendly and knowledgable."

"I called SOS on Sunday, 11/13 and left a message that my dryer had gone out and I needed a call back but it was not an emergency so I didn't need an emergency weekend appointment.  SOS called back first thing Monday morning (11/14) and had repair guys out to diagnose the issue the same day.  They also looked at my dishwasher that had stopped draining water.

Both my dryer and dishwasher needed motors replaced that needed to be ordered in.  Estimate on getting them in was 5-7 days, so imagine my surprise when I got a call 3 days later that they were in, and they would be able to do the repairs the next day (Friday, 11/18).  They were actually early for the Friday repair appointment (they called first to make sure it would be no inconvenience to show up early), and had both appliances fixed in 45 minutes.  The final cost was exactly what was quoted - just under $600 total which included 2 service calls, 2 motors, plus the diagnosing and repair of both appliances.

I could not be happier with this experience, and would not hesitate to call them again!"

"After the tech reviewed the system in my house, he determined it was no longer serviceable because of age and wear. He offered to try and clean the existing filter, but it was stuck inside the system and disintegrating. Next, he offered to install a new system, but did not push the sale (which I appreciated). I was unable to afford a new system, so instead he wanted to make sure I wasn't using the old one and offered to disconnect it and remove it from my furnace. He also sealed up the intake and humidifier vent that were left over from removing the unit.
I was very impressed with my Tech because he was very kind and asked if I had any other questions about the appliances in my house. He gave me his opinion on my water heater, water softener, and A/C unit. He also provided me with great marketing information about the company.

"I called and was able to get an electrician out within a couple of days and he arrived on-time. Ben replace two non-working sockets and one other one that had become hot to the touch. Ben explained why this had happen and suggested ways to prevent it from happening in the future. Plus I asked him additional questions about adding outlets and electric heat to my upstairs. He was very helpful and also gave me an estimate on the cost of the additional service. I am very pleased with all the services I received from Cady Handyman Services. Thank you."
