"We noticed on a Saturday morning that our refrigerator had stopped cooling. Called and left a voice message at Omega Force. Sunday received a text message setting up a virtual video chat for noon on Monday with an Omega Master Technician. The technician was able to correctly diagnose the issue and contacted an Omega Force repair technician in the area. The technician (Nate) arrived around 2:00, replaced a defective control board in the refrigerator and by 2:30 the refrigerator was once again cooling. Nate was courteous, professional and personable. First, Dave and Tim were easy to contact beyond, and in addition to, Angie's List; their website is easy to navigate, and they have a calendar of open appointments - just click and scheduling is done.

They arrived on time, went right to work, had everything available in the truck (originally I had planned for 3 toilet replacements, and they had all the equipment and supplies necessary for that). Dave and Tim explained the work in a very good, honest and accurate manner.

Took them only 1.5 hours all told, even though working in a small space; I decided to only do one toilet, but definitely will call them if the others need to be done. After discussion and examination, the 2 other toilets were deemed adequate (though old) for a while or until I sell home (possibly this year). Good decision, and welcomed their input.
