"First of all, Arthur is amazing! He is an exceptional worker and explains everything throughly. Our high-end kitchenaid fridge broke down after Thanksgiving. I reached out to Kitchen Aid and they referred me to AA repairs. Arthur came out the next day and diagnosed our fridge, we needed a new condenser. He expedited the parts from east coast distributor during the holiday week. It came in 2 days and he installed it the next day. He very knowledgeable on kitchaid appliances and knew exactly the problem. I highly recommend AA repairs for any high end appliance. "I have a fairly new Samsung dryer (2 years old) and it just stopped working.  I called E Appliance and they scheduled a time that was good for me, came when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on their truck, and  fixed it immediately, and cleaned up after they left.  The also explained the issue and how I can make sure it doesn't happen again.
