"My service was excellent and I would highly recommend Ace Appliance Repair.
When I called for service, I reviewed the symptom's of the problem with Mr. Fazio and he knew exactly what was wrong and scheduled a next day appointment. He arrived on time for the appointment and was very courteous and professional during his visit, and my oven was fixed within minutes. I was impressed that he took the time to explain what he was doing to fix the problem. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the repair.
I will use his company in the future and will recommend ACE Appliance Repair to others. Many thanks to Mr. Fazio!

"he replaced an ice maker took him about 10 min. removed four screws and pulled the old and installed the old. Charged $119 for service which I thought was a little high for a 10min. job. other than that service was good."

He did a beautiful job, balancing their placement perfectly and taking the time to make adjustments to make sure they were even. I would call him again for any work I need done."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."
