Surmizing he could help, he then offered an evening appointment arriving just a few hours later at 6pm. He quickly attended to a gap in the seal and righted the situation expediently without any crazy up-charges that can be the case with appliance repairs. "I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it.
