"I have an old dryer that stopped spinning so I called Fix Time and I was lucky to have them come out the same day. Denis worked on it and gave it a good cleaning while he had it open and proceeded to fix it. The service was friendly and very professional. "The tech came out and was very helpful. Basically, I was using my machines improperly and they were nice enough to educate me on how to not abuse my washer and dryer. I was then charged for a service call for two appliances. After the technician left, I received a follow up text from David. Naturally, he asked how it went and if I was satisfied. I told him it was happened and he was nice enough to refund me some of the money for the service call since it was due to my error. Very nice and friendly service, I d recommend them to anyone needing help with appliances. I m big on customer service and they hit the mark to my standards. ❤️"
