"I've used Canoga Park Heating and Air for years now. I get the yearly Service Contract so they come out twice a year and check out the system, change the filters and make sure everything is working well. They notify me when it's time for service, so I don't have to worry about it. I highly recommend them. Jose Garcia did a great job, they are clean and respectful."

"Work was done professionally. The gentleman had to make several trips to the hardware store to get the correct bulbs, but he did not charge me any extra time for the service."

"I have been defrosting my Samsung Refrigerator ice maker weekly for two full years. I've spent a fortune trying to get it fixed. When the primary fan started making loud noises, I contacted HA and got Those Guys as a recommendation. Alfred called me back within minutes. He came this morning at our agreed to appointment (on time and prepared). He was extremely professional, communicated with me about what his research had revealed, and got to work. He worked diligently and carefully to removed covers so he could physically check the fan. Thankfully, it was not bad. I would recommend this company, hands down! He did not mind me looking over his shoulder and asking a million questions. He does not overbook himself do he can commit the time to the customer and the job at hand. CALL this young man...he is just starting out and is amazingly positive, well spoken, and pleasant. He knows what he is doing!"

"First off, the owner Moshe is a real pleasure to work with. He and his team have a passion to do a good job. His office manager, Lee is on top of her game at all times. She did a great job of keeping me apprised of the status of the project, deliverables, and informed me when payments were due. This was supposed to be a three month project, and turned out to be a 4 month project, primarily because I added more to the scope of work. There was a long delay with the City of Claremont in getting permits which cause the project to be delayed about 1 1/2 months or so.
owner in anticipating exactly what is needed to satisfy the homeowner. One of the questions I had for Moshe was what would be the estimated cost of all the material I would have to buy to complete the job. His pricing was for doing the construction work. I made it clear to Moshe that I was building my dream home and that was not going to be skimping on appliances and material. I spent far more money on material than Moshe had estimated.
Moshe had great references for various vendors to work with. This made the project go smoother, as all of the references were people had good relationships with Moshe. In most cases, I received the contractor's pricing for appliances and material.
His workers are one of the hardest working crews I've ever seen. They are passionate about doing a good job. The dry walling and slurry sealing was impeccable. Paint work was excellent. His foreman, Adalid, is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. There was nothing that he could not solve.
I don't want to make it sound like there were not any bumps in the road. There were communication issues that came up, and Moshe and his team were able to resolve. There were some disagreements about what was supposed to be included in the specs, but we worked through some of those issues.
Much of the communications was done by email which made the project easier for me to manage.
If there was anything that I would offer up that Moshe could have done better it would be to work more closely with the home
Moshe was quick to do a contract for me, and yes, he did give me opportunity to review the specifications, however, I felt that I was being rushed to sign a contract without fully absorbing all the specs. There were things that I had told Moshe that I wanted to do to the house, yet, it was not included in the specs. He did give me an opportunity to review and add, however, in my haste to get the project started, I didn't look closely enough at all the specs to see if the items I expected he was going to do was in the contract. Needless to say, my advice to anyone who is embarking on a major remodel needs to completely know what he/she wants to have done and included in the project. Otherwise, all of these omitted items will be adds to the project.
My advice to Moshe to be an even more effective home builder, he should be anticipating what the customer wants before the customer even knows he/she wants it.
Overall, Moshe and his team was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. I would use him again in the future."
