"I would recommend R&J Preventative! My oven went out and I needed it fixed right away. The big appliance store where we bought it (five years ago) said they could come after Christmas :( I'm happy to say it's already fixed! As soon as I submitted an inquiry through Angi last night, I got a call right away from the owner. He was super understanding and polite. He sent a technician first thing this morning. The technician was friendly, polite and professional. He showed me everything he was doing. I will call R&J the next time I need help. (They fix pretty much everything!) I appreciate the calls and texts I got from the other contractors through Angi, but am happy with the work that R&J provided."

"Frank was on time and very courteous and professional. He pinpointed the problem quickly. I needed a compressor control module. He didn't have one, so he went and picked one up for me. He installed it and my fridge works like new. If ever i have an issue with any of my appliances, i will not hesitate to call him. Professional, polite and honest!"

"Have been using Advantage Appliance for many years...wonderful customer service, affordable and honest. Needed to find out if my moms old washer was repairable. Kevin responded to my call very quickly and came out the next day and was able to repair at a reasonable cost. This is the only business I would use for repairs on my appliances. I highly recommend!"

"The task was to install and connect a new electric stovetop. On the positive side, the electrician was professional, efficient, and completed the task. On the other hand, the price was outrageous. He worked no more than 45 minutes and I was charged almost $400 (no parts, either, of course.)"
