He took a great deal of time in explaining the problem to me, actually showed me the cost of parts necessary to repair, which was as much or more than a new stove. He did not try to push an expensive repair on me. He made thoughtful recommendations on a new stove, and even gave me a couple of hints on issues with two other major appliances. Although disappointed that my 9 year old stove could not economically be repaired, I was THOROUGHLY satisfied with this experience. We will definitely call First Priority the next time we need a major appliance repair."

"R&R arrived on time to repair our clothes dryer. The problem ended up being a burned out electrical outlet. They told us we needed an electrician and to call them if the dryer was damaged as a result of the fried outlet. Fortunately it was not damaged. We were charged a $45 service fee, which we had no problem with. We will call them again for large appliance repair."
