"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."

He had pump ordered cause parts store didnâ t have it in stock. He even offered to let me put it in if I wanted to save money. I had them do it and am glad I did. Saved me from buying a new dishwasher. Their service and work was excellent."
