"We just bought our new Speed Queen Washer & Dryer from Millman's Appliances in Lewes, DE. Millman's was great to deal with; we went in on the Saturday before Christmas and they got it ordered lickity split! We got it delivered today and the delivery guys, BJ & Easy were just fabulous. They removed our old appliances and set up the new ones. They were professional, polite and cleaned up when they were done. I will definitely use them again when we update our kitchen as they have a wonderful selection of high end appliances. I was like a kid in a candy store."

Sent out a request for estimate (work is described as above) through Angie's List to JM Stephens Plumbing and Heating on Thursday, August 23. I think it was less than an hour that Jim got back to me. He sent a very reasonable estimate, so we called and set up a time for the next day (Friday) - as there happened to be a time slot convenient for both of us. Everything from contacting Jim to getting an estimate to setting a time and finally, completely the job in expert fashion was all done within 24 hours!! I can see why he has high ratings. Very, very good on communication (actually, as a long time Angie's List subscriber, I think this is a record time for me), knows his craft, reasonable cost (estimate was spot on, too), professional and very courteous.
