"Within the last several years, this is the 4th time we've had Action Appliance come out to service our appliance needs - once for our washer, once for our dryer, and twice for our oven. Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. The tech fixed properly in one shot, and the company had very good customer service and communication! They are my new go-to appliance repair company. But I'm still hoping I won't need them lol!"

"I hired Gary to install our new oven that we ordered through Home Depot. Home Depot left us high and dry with installation, and I scrambled to find someone on my own to do the install for us. First off, I gladly accepted his offer, as he was very reasonably priced! Gary arrived when he said he would arrive. He took the time to do the install right, which required light carpentry as well. He was super friendly and very personable! My advice to anyone that buys appliances from a big box store, hire Gary to do the install! You will not be sorry!"
