"We noticed on a Saturday morning that our refrigerator had stopped cooling. Called and left a voice message at Omega Force. Sunday received a text message setting up a virtual video chat for noon on Monday with an Omega Master Technician. The technician was able to correctly diagnose the issue and contacted an Omega Force repair technician in the area. The technician (Nate) arrived around 2:00, replaced a defective control board in the refrigerator and by 2:30 the refrigerator was once again cooling. Nate was courteous, professional and personable. "The scheduler I first talked to was very pleasant and thorough regarding my needs. A few days later Tim N. and another technician came at my request because I thought the refrigerator had to be pulled out of its very tight space. Tim immediately recognized there was no need for a second technician. I was not charged for that second technician. Tim pulled the bottom freezer door out, found that the fan in the freezer assembly had a bent blade, fixed that and he was done within an hour. Now the refrigerator runs almost silently. Quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Watson Appliance for service again and would recommend them to a friend."

"Dave and Tim did a great job! They removed the old monster water heater and replaced it with a top-of-the-line A.O. Smith Veritex unit. It took a lot of planning to get the new water heater and its intake and exhaust pipes installed in our WWII-era house but they got it done! I would highly recommend them. In fact, I am having them come out again to fix some other plumbing issues in the house. Dave and Tim are now my go-to plumbers!"
