"My wife called yesterday to set up a service call today (Saturday). He was punctual. Said he'd be here between 2-4PM and arrived around 2:45 or 3PM. Same professionalism as our 12/7/09 experience with our refrigerator. He took time to run our washer and it ran fine so there was no need for repair. We were fine paying for a service call since he was so punctual. Unfortunately, we're getting all too familiar with Appliance Experts (too many appliance problems in general), but we wouldn't call anyone else at this point."

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."

"I hired Palm Construction for a kitchen remodel and rewiring my house. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results. They finished the job on time which was very important. The workers were very polite and professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. Jacob, Ken and Mike did an excellent job coordinating the Projects. Also the designer Maya, was extremely helpful going with me to pick out flooring, countertops, appliances and paint. I would definitely recommend Palm Construction and will certainly use them for any upcoming projects I may have."
