"My wife called yesterday to set up a service call today (Saturday). He was punctual. Said he'd be here between 2-4PM and arrived around 2:45 or 3PM. Same professionalism as our 12/7/09 experience with our refrigerator. He took time to run our washer and it ran fine so there was no need for repair.
