"I cannot recommend Richard and Dylan enough. We had electrical work done by them including replacing fixtures, switches and outlets. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time and completed the projects in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. "I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."

"Was extremely pleased with the entire service. I called Sunday morning after discovering water shooting from the cabinet doors when I ran water in the kitchen sink. The technician fit me in for Sunday afternoon and discovered the hose from the kitchen faucet sprayer was not hooked up properly. Fixed it. Also having issues with garbage disposal that is 8 years old and contractor grade. I had already decided it was time for a new one, so he serviced this one that will hopefully last until I can take a day off to be home. Was pleased enough with the service that I have signed up for their annual air and furnace maintenance as well.

"I called Jim at Home Crafters to install a toilet, sink & new flooring in our rental unit. He had 2 employees pick the supplies up at Home Depot. They removed the old equipment, & installed the new. It was 2 full days of work. The B.R. looks nice & fresh now, & they cleaned up all the mess. We are very pleased"
