Rich checked out everything for both appliances, as well as any possible leak under the kitchen sink and down to the basement, he was so thorough and better yet he explained everything so I could understand. There has been no sign of water since he was out 2 months ago, and I think perhaps it was ice cube(s) from the ice maker that landed on the floor."
