When I called for service, I reviewed the symptom's of the problem with Mr. Fazio and he knew exactly what was wrong and scheduled a next day appointment.  He arrived on time for the appointment and was very courteous and professional during his visit, and my oven was fixed within minutes. I was impressed that he took the time to explain what he was doing to fix the problem. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the repair.

"Our air conditioner died and we called Gallece Plumbing but they never bothered to return our call. I told my son that our air conditioning unit had died and he told me to call Giant Plumbing. We gave them a call and they were at our house within half an hour. They told us that the air conditioner had to be replaced and recommended a new furnace also. They replaced both the air conditioner and furnace and we couldn't be more pleased with them. Both the furnace and the air conditioner are much more efficient than the old ones. The job was done very quickly and professionly. We had air conditioning the next day and the furnace the following day.  Everyone was very helpful in explaining the new equipment, they cleaned up after themselves and there work was very professional. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!
