"Chevis and Gadda Construction is amazing! We had so much done! Appliance installation, carpet removal, floor refinishing, cabinetry removal, and porch repair! Chevis was not only affordable, he did amazing work. He ran into some issues with our older home and was willing to go the extra mile to make things better, including staying until 8 pm one night to make sure he did not leave us without water. We intend to use Chevis for all of our handyman needs and I could not recommend him, and Gadda Construction, more!"

"They were excellent. Availability was amazing. I’d had a different company look at the dryer. They said there was nothing wrong with it . Then I pointed out the exhaust tube. Oh whoops - they fixed that. When they said the rest of the dryer was fine without looking at it- I’d lost all confidence. I called IV. They came promptly. Listened to me. Thoroughly inspected the dryer. Gave me recommendations on caring for the dryer. Just incredibly knowledgable. Patient with my questions. I will use them for any future appliance needs."

"He was very nice and professional. He is also very thorough with his job. He was able to determine the problem/broken part, then get the needed part immediately. The next day he came back and replace the broken part. So far, so good! Thank you so much!"

"They did a good job on the initial service call. Planning on having them back before heating season begins for another check up"
Licensed appliance installation experts install gas appliances safely and correctly. They have specialized training for installing ranges, cooktops, and gas-powered dryers, ensuring code-compliant setups that will keep you and your family members safe when using your gas appliances. Licensed HVAC specialists and plumbers handle gas lines, secure connections, and verify that installations meet safety standards.
Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
