"On time, professional service. Work was completed exactly!i highly recommend this service and this company. The old caulk was dug out completely and cleaned thoroughly. New was done better then it ever was. They also were able to fix a bad patch of grout that was originally put in so badly it cracked within days of being done. The repair looks FANTASTIC! These may not sound like big issues to you but if you have a bathroom that has bad original work, you would understand. I truly feel that the work was done better then the original and will most definitely use American Asset Management again. I encourage anyone else that has "contractor burnout" to give them a try"

Chevis was not only affordable, he did amazing work. He ran into some issues with our older home and was willing to go the extra mile to make things better, including staying until 8 pm one night to make sure he did not leave us without water. We intend to use Chevis for all of our handyman needs and I could not recommend him, and Gadda Construction, more!"
