"Eddie came to our home to inspect a dishwasher and a wine cooler as both had stopped functioning. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to fix the dishwasher with a minor adjustment when I was ready to replace the entire unit. He then assessed the problem with the wine cooler and gave me an estimate, ordered the part and said he, or one of his service techs would return the following day to make the repair. Although I offered, he took no payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The next day as promised I received a call from the service tech, who was also courteous and knowledgable, telling me he was on his way and wanted to confirm our address. The repair was made and I was given the bill which included which I gladly paid. The entire experience was very professional, a rare find, and I highly recommend this company and the service they provide.

"The provider was right on time. He did a visual inspection and pointed out the it was corroded at the bottom. I had already noticed this and had done some preliminary pricing on replacing the water heater. This company provided a comparable price for equipment and installation and the job was completed within an hour or so. We are very pleased with the professionalism, promptness, and completed work. We would use this company again and will recommend to our friends and neighbors and Angie's List members.

"Fastest, competent appliance service response I've ever experienced. Called Monday 10 AM, arrived at 5 PM. Disassembled the dryer, diagnosed the problems, provided price quote. Did not have one part in the truck, returned 7AM Tuesday and completed the repairs and servicing. Like new. No other appliance service I've used in the Valley even comes close. Will use again and highly recommend!"

"We had bought this deal a while back. Originally I was going to use it to repair a sink/drain at one of our rentals. When Adam came to take a look, he recommended some things we could do on our own to fix the drain. He thought the part we needed was probably under warranty and suggested we call Moen. Sure enough it was and we were able to fix it on our own, ultimately saving us money.
So we decided to use our deal when we planned to install a new vanity in our home. The parts were purchased when the Great Indoors was going out of business, so I honestly did not know if we had everything needed. Once again, Adam was super helpful and honest. We needed some chrome pipes since the counter top was glass. Instead of charging us for parts, he gave me the opportunity to run to Home Depot to get what he needed to finish the job.
I felt like the work and service was great, but honestly felt he went above and beyond by giving us his advice which ultimately saved us money. I really appreciated it, especially after a poor experience I had with another plumber which was called to do the same job and could not get the job done.

"Our over-the-stove microwave began starting on its own. At first, it only happened when we were boiling water on the stove below. Within days, it began to start with no provocation, sometimes in the middle of the night. If not stopped, it would keep running and grow very hot. We were afraid it might come on while away or asleep, and start a fire. While we unplugged it to prevent further run away conditions, living without a microwave was a problem. We reached out for help.
Steve came to our home, assessed the problem and took the appliance apart. He quickly isolated the problem. It seems the motherboard had gotten moisture inside it. The moisture had expanded when hot and damaged to board.
Steve ordered a new board and just replaced it. Problem solved.
Throughout the process, Steve has been great. He answered our questions, helped us explore alternative resolutions and kept us informed about the status of the parts.

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
