"Within one minute of arriving, Tony knew exactly what the problem was with my refrigerator. In layman's terms, he explained the role of the sensor in the operation of the refrigerator so that I understood the issue. He replaced the sensor in a timely manner and was very pleasant. "After a period of disuse our dishwasher would not operate. It sounded like water was not circulating, but we are not experts. Danny from ProServ arrived at the first stated time in the schedule bracket given to us when we made the appointment. He proceeded to inspect the unit and diagnose the problem in a professional manner. Fortunately, the problem was found to be a sticking float valve; which he freed up. While running the unit through a cycle to confirm that the problem was eliminated he gave us some tips about how to resolve the problem ourselves if it happened again. This information was most helpful as the unit often stands idle for long periods of time. We especially appreciated the honesty and integrity of Danny and the company because a problem with a major appliance like a dishwasher is fertile grounds for the unscrupulous to sell parts and services that are not needed to people who have no way to determine otherwise. We are very happy with this company and their service representative

When we called them we were able to get them scheduled for the very next morning so we did not have to wait long. I liked that they were able to fit us in and gave us a rough idea over the phone of what they thought the problem was from our description."
