I was willing to go ahead and schedule the service call, but he advised me to talk to the vendor and the manufacturer first - to make sure that my appliance wasn't under warranty. As it turns out, it was still under warranty, so I didn't need Jason's assistance, which obviously means that he lost money. I'll be calling Jason in the future, and recommend that you do, too."

"He was very knowledgeable and we did not know what was wrong with the washer. He came promptly and diagnosed it. He repaired it after informing us what the issue was and then tested the washer to make sure it was repaired. It has been working and is great. A previous repairman gave us a diagnosis over the phone that it was the motherboard and said it would be the $250 part and another $80-$100 for the repair...and then did not show for the appointment. Our bill with N & J APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC was $60.00!! He found that the drain was completely clogged and it was triggering error codes, so we needed no parts and he only charged for his time....and a very fair charge as well!! This kind of honesty and service I thought was a thing of the past and we could not recommend them more!!"
