"Mohamed was great! I hired him to fix a 5 yrs old Whirlpool Refrigerator/Freezer that was no longer cooling/freezing. He arrived on time and promptly went to work. Within 30 minutes, he had a diagnosis for me - the appliance had a leak and no longer contained any refrigerant. Mohamed laid out my repair options, but told me that the repairs might be short-lived and I might still have to buy a new unit. I really appreciated his kind responses to my questions and concerns. He didn't mansplain everything as most repair technicians do when speaking with women. For a small fee, Mohamed also did a maintenance check on my Kitchenaid dishwasher that had leaked a few times recently. Since the repair fee was 1/4 the cost of a new refrigerator, I had Mohamed replace the refrigerant. This will give me some time to find a new unit should I need to purchase one in the near future. "The work was done efficiently and correctly. They wanted a check for payment not a credit card. Also left no paperwork about the appliance or an invoice, Any work I have had done, there was always paperwork about the work and invoices left behind. In this day and age, repair companies accept credit cards. I have never had a company that didn't. I got no response when I questioned this with an email. Sorry, but I will not use them again."

I trusted his diagnostics with regards to the newly installed kitchen oven and missing ice-maker bin for the automatic ice maker bin.
